Follow these simple steps to log in to your router with an IP address of 192.168.8.254.

How to find your router’s IP address?
Finding the router’s IP address is easy. If you are sure that 192.168.8.254 is not your router’s real IP address, and if it also shows an error when connecting to this IP address, then you can try to find your router’s real IP address.
To find your router’s IP address, just run a command on your device, and it returns with the result and is much easier when your device is running on macOS.
If you are running a device on macOS, simply open the terminal and enter the command below to obtain your device’s local IP address. The command is as follows;
ifconfig | grep “inet” | grep -Fv 127.0.0.1 | awk ‘{print $ 2}’
This will return your device’s “inet” IP address.
And if you are on the “Windows” device, you can open the “Command Prompt” by typing “CTRL + R” and then typing “CMD” in the running dialog.
Once the command prompt is open, enter the command below;
ipconfig / all
It will show the IP address of your router’s default gateway.
After obtaining your router’s IP address, simply type and open it in your browser to access the administration console.
How to access the administration console at 192.168.8.254
